Effect: User is able to copy the powers of those around you via an emotion associated with the powers and use them as their own, this may be temporary or even permanent.
Level 1-User is able to read the emotions of any nearby person and copy their ability by associating themselves with that emotion. These powers are closely tied to emotions and if user cannot keep their emotions balanced they won't be able to use any powers at all. May only be able to use them when in close proximity to the source without training. This can work on up to 2 abilities at once.
Level 2- The user has bonded in some sort of way with the target. This must be through experiencing an emotional event of happiness, mourning, etc. The user has to concentrate very hard on the person and how they made user feel to use their powers, but as long as the user has a personal belonging of the targets, use of the power without the presence of the source is possible. Up to 3 abilities can be used at once.
Level 3- This is when things get fun. Only through physical contact can the user permanently copy an ability. And I don't mean a pat on the shoulder. It must be something intimate such as a kiss or sexual activity. The erotic touch is enough to completely bond the two, giving the user an ability that he can use as if it were his own. This level can carry up to 5 abilities at once.
