Appearance: Thomas is tall and slim, but not without a bit of muscle. He has flawless fair skin that contrast his black hair which is cut just enough to frame his face. He can be seen smoking almost all the time, which adds to his dark look. First impressions always puts him in the bad boy category. His face is slim, and his eyes are dull. Dark, just like his hair, it sometimes gives him a one dimensional look. He can sometimes seem like he is not paying attention.

Thomas is always seen dressed in a high end suit. Whether it's at school, or in a park, he is always dressed to impress. Whether his suit is black, grey, or dark blue the one thing that always seems to stay the same is his crisp grey shirt which always brings out the different color ties that hang loosely from his neck. His blazer is never buttoned, and his shirt is always un-tucked. This gives him an appearance of nonchalance. (Describe in detail what your character looks like. Professionalism: Thomas is a great teacher, but he can be a bit unprofessional. He can be seen openly flirting with the students often, but he doesn't go too far as to risk his job, at least not unless they want too.

Empathetic-Overall, Thomas is a very empathetic person. He actually takes pride in being able to know what others around him are feeling. He used to let this sway his own emotions and decisions, but he has long since learned to put himself first. He is a very likable person, always knowing what to say to lighten up a situation. Though he knows what people feel, when they need to hear somethig, he will tell them whether it's what they want of not. Because of this, he can sometimes come off as a harsh individual, especially since he usually tells you bad news with a smile on his face.

Intelligent-When it comes to sheer brainpower, Thomas is among the greatest. He is a phenomenal scholar, but he would not let you know so for the sake of seeming too cocky. His actions already prove it enough. He has a lot of pride in his ability, so he will rarely admit when he's in over his head. When in the middle of a battle, he enjoys toying with his opponent. He will constantly say things that would throw them off their game. With him, its a battle of wits as well as power.

Manipulative/ Dark Side- There's no mistake that Thomas is one of the greatest masterminds you will ever meet. Few people know his true personality, for he is always acting as if he is nicer than he actually is. He can be very respectful, innocent or even flirty. Whatever it takes for him to get what he wants in the end. But in actuality, he almost always has an ulterior motive. If it doesn't benefit him in some way, it isn't worth his time.

Sexuality: Straight. Thomas loves women and everyone knows it. But his comfort around gay men sometimes leads to him getting hit on. He may respond with a simple " You wish" or "You can't handle it" but that's as far as it goes. Experience wise, he has had quite a bit of good nights.
Preferences: Thomas is a man of many fetishes. He doesn't really discriminate when it comes to partners but some things that he cant resist are women of color, red heads, and petite girls. And he loves when a girl acts innocent, but absolutely loves it when she can be as forward as him.

Back Story:
History: Thomas was born a happy baby of Thomas Locke II and Mary Locke. His father was an average Joe and his mother was...well.. special. Of course his father didn't know that. They lived in a small house in which his dad worked a nine to five, and his mother was a housewife. Life was going pretty well until Thomas showed signs of his special ability at the age of three. To his mothers amusement, it was the same power as hers, the ability to mend with shadows. He had shown it when they were playing hide and go seek one time at home. She held him and laughed, but soon afterwards told him that he should not show his father. He nodded in agreement, but hey, he was only three.

It didn't take long for his father to figure out their secret after a game of peek-a-boo in the house. Thinking it funny, Thomas disappeared into a shadow. His father freaked out and went to tell his mother. They got into a big argument, resulting in him saying that Thomas was a freak, and needed to be killed. Scared for her son's life, she dank into a shadow right before her husbands eyes, taking his attention off of Thomas. They man was furious. She had his it from him for years. He had thought her to be a demon. Out of hatred, he struck her repeatedly. Thomas could feel the anger, the sorrow in every punch. This kept going until her lifeless body lay on the floor. When Thomas' father finally turned to him, the baby was gone.

Growing up, Thomas decided not to show anyone else his ability. He moved around on his own, not staying anywhere for too long because he could always tell when they were fed up with him. He had no real home, and the only thing that comforted him was the hanker-chef of his lost mother. At the age of ten, he was at an orphanage where he met someone special like him. A girl with the ability to remember everything she had ever witnessed. They had become best friends, and soon, Thomas began to show signs of the same ability. They went through middle school together until she was adopted, and by this time Thomas realized what his true ability was. At the age of 14, he was sent a letter to attend an academy for people like him. He gladly accepted and went to the new city. With his recently received power from his former best friend, he flew through the courses. He was a junior and a prefect by the age of fifteen and he had graduated with top marks at sixteen.

After graduation, Thomas didn't want to leave. He took a part time job as a personal tutor. While doing so, he took online classes to receive a degree in English, which was simple enough. Four years later he was offered a teaching position within the academy. He now has been teaching for two years, growing more powerful each day himself. He awaits a time when he can show his power to the world.
