1: The user barely having any control over their abilities must protect themselves and others by wearing rubber gloves to avoid contact by hands. Though, occasionally, this will not be enough. Every Five topics the user absorbs all electricity, stored or not, around them, (From machines, or say from a storm.) after this, the user expels it all from their body in an explosion. This explosion takes the form of a transparent sphere, and is made up from lightning and electricity. This is capable of killing people at a close distance, and fatally wounding those within ten meters of the blast. The radius of the blast is ten meters.
2: The user is now capable of absorbing electricity willingly by touching machines. The user keeps the powers of level one, though it's timing is boosted from every five topics to every seven topics.
3: The time range for the explosion is boosted from every seven topics to every nine topics.

6: The user is capable of sending collected electricity in the form of a lightning strike at enemies. This strike of lightning is not capable of piercing through the target, but simply causing slight damage.
7: The user is slightly more capable with their powers at this point. They are capable of riding electricity, or things that carry electricity in a way to where it's similar to how water flows. (Wires.) The user is able to move at twenty miles per hour in this form of transportation.
